Role Overview
We are looking for a highly motivated Associate Product Manager (APM)/Manager to support the development and growth of the internal digital platform used by thousands of learners and experts across India.
Work closely with product leadership, engineering, design, and program teams to build scalable digital solutions that improve capacity building programs.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving real world problems, working with data, collaborating across teams, and building technology products that create social impact.

Key Responsibilities
Product Discovery & User Understanding
    1. Work with program teams, healthcare partners, and internal stakeholders to understand user needs and pain points.
    2. Conduct requirement workshops, and feedback sessions.
    3. Translate user problems into clear product requirements and user stories.
Product Planning & Execution
    1. Support the Product Manager in defining product roadmap and feature prioritization.
    2. Write PRDs (Product Requirement Documents), user stories, and acceptance criteria.
    3. Maintain and prioritize product backlog.
Agile Product Development
    1. Work closely with engineering, design, community teams during sprint planning and execution.
    2. Participate in scrum ceremonies (Planning, Standups, Scrum of scrum, Retrospectives).
    3. Ensure clarity of requirements and smooth delivery of product features with fully tested at scale.
Data & Product Analytics
    1. Track product usage, adoption metrics, and engagement KPIs.
    2. Analyze user behavior to identify opportunities for improvement.
    3. Support experimentation such as feature testing and improvements.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
    1. Act as a bridge between technology (Between India & US Team), Project Teams, Operations.
    2. Coordinate feature launches and ensure stakeholders are informed.
Product Improvement
    1. Monitor platform performance and gather feedback from users.
    2. Identify areas to improve usability, adoption, and scalability of the iECHO platform.
Job Requirements:
Minimum Qualification: Graduate
Experience: 6 to 10 years
